We acquired two backyard chickens and unfortunately one of them is starting to crow! We aren't allowed a rooster in our town. How can I see that he is relocated to a safe place? He's a beautiful white silkie!

I have a 5 month silkie rooster. If I can't find him a home I'd like to give him away to be butchered, but have no idea where to find someone to do that!
