    True. That's one item that got overlooked in the heat of hammering and screwing. Fortunately, the side vents are on the north/south sides and our rains generally come in from the west. If it becomes an issue, I will just make a burlap curtain for it as I did for the front window (west side).

    Finished my hen house just in time. Our 7 wk old hens were stinking up my office and somewhat cramped for space in their makeshift brooder. I used pallets for the floor and walls. Framed everything else. The window will be covered with 2 burlap bags when the temps or weather require them...
