It seems like patience is the key. Even after a few days following the suggestions they have already become easier to move around using food although we have not upgraded to being picked up yet. Goals to aim for.
They’re about 18 months and have been laying regularly for a while. It’s hard to explain when I mean freezing. They are not squatting just stop still with their wings away from the body but still folded
We’ve been working on this for a few weeks but still tend to Freeze with their wings slightly apart when I touch them or try to slowly stroke them.
I thought when they Froze it would make it easier but it just seems like they are startled and as soon as two hands get near them she’s off.

She is still...
She didn’t feel swollen when I picked her up to check her out. Although I didn’t check her crop which does look a little puffy.
When I checked her Vent I didn’t feel anything unusual inside like egg remains. Her real end does seem different to the others and she has more of a waddle when she...

One of the chickens has been acting very strange for the last few days.
Starting on Tuesday when first I noticed.
She doesn’t seem to be eating or drinking much. She is distant from the other two. Usually they follow me around the garden thinking I’ll give...
