    Chicken being picked on

I didn't know you could trim their feathers. Maybe that will help.

    Chicken being picked on

She always did her own thing, and the others never bothered her. I know of one that is fed laying. I saw her. We find 3-4 eggs a day, so a few others. We did find an egg down by the rock that the Polish has been laying near. I'm not positive if it was her though. I'll have to keep an eye on her.

    Chicken being picked on

That may be it. If broody is what I think it is. She has been making digits near rocks, and laying in them with her head tucked in. She was also in a nesting box doing the same thing. I'm not sure if she has started laying though. We did find an egg outside of the coop in the fenced in area...

    Chicken being picked on

My chickens are picking on this poor girl. She keeps burying herself in a corner, and tucking her head, and the other chickens peck at her. She's usually a little weird, but she seems to be doing things that are a bit stranger than normal. I keep her in the coop, and she's usually off by herself...

    What breed and sex?

Hello This is my first time raising chickens. I bought a mixed layer batch, and I'm not sure what breed I have. Most are the same, but there are a few different ones. I think they are all female. I got them when they were a day or so old,and they are now about 17-18 weeks. Can anyone tell what...
