    Swollen eye on Polish Hen

    Our Polish hen pullet started with a swollen eye and now the feathers are gone around her eye. I have put neosporin on the eye 2X daily but have not seen any improvement. The rest of flock looks healthy! Any ideas? What else should I give her? Thanks!
