    I give them a handful of meal worms in the morning and about a 1/4 cup boiled ground beef three or four ti mes per week. I do have them on a high protein feed right now as I was advised that is best during moulting. perhaps it's too much....

    I adopted 2 chickens and they each lay 1 egg per day on average. their eggs have an unpleasant aftertaste and I fo nt know why! Can't really describe the taste, but, it's bad I feed them lots of protein, veggies, some fruit - not their favorite. I eat them pretty quickly, so, I don't think...
