    Wow that's crazy. I'll have to keep my eye on him even more now. A rooster like that and kids don't mix. I hope mine doesn't change. I would hate to have to get rid of him.

    He's actually really chill and prett He's actually really chill and pretty quiet. He even let's my daughter pet him when I bring her in their pen with me. I still keep an eye on him when she's with me. I've heard and read they can be aggressive. I lucked out with him.

    I found that Backyard Chickens has a unreleased app in the Google play store. I'm not sure if it's available with Apple. Worth looking at and you can send suggestions to the developer as well.

    I have only 11 chickens at the moment. RIR's 10 hens and 1 roo. My friend had some RIR's and I absolutely love this breed. My wife loves the eggs my daughter loves having more pets and I like the hobby of it.
