    One of my scovies just started laying for the first time. She laid 1 egg a day all over the place :lol:. How long will she keep laying? I read they stop laying in winters but I live in a tropical area. Do they just "take a break" from laying from time to time?

    Good to know, thanks! :) Now I just need to find a way to stop Jumbo (the other drake) from trying to mate with Chomper. We have 3 females but he just loves to chase Chomper around. :confused:

    Hi! Thanks for the input! I've been getting mixed guesses as to whether Chomper is a he or she, which I suppose makes sense since it's quite hard to tell from photos alone.     Hello! This is Chomper, my 3 month old scovy :) His marking makes it look like he has an eyebrow on one side of his face :D I've always assumed that he's a drake but I'm actually not quite sure. What do you guys think? I can post more pictures from other angles if needed.
