    hi everyone, thank you so much for all your responses and help. The baby chick is thriving. I ground a mixture of wheat, oats, corn, rice, split peas and sesame seeds to give it throughout the day. It also gets a lot of bugs from the garden. it may turn out to be a very domesticated chook!
