Update: the chick is doing great, rectum has been normal since she passed this Nd I believe after cutting it open it was a. Blockage from eating the wood chips and a little infection. Problem resolved Yay. Thank you All for your help

i agree with the everything except the Hydrogen peroxide especially with deep or puncture wounds-Not that big on triple atb. cream either (just the nurse in me) Warm, Dry, Clean- nutrition and if deep or signs of infection IM Penicillin available at most farm stores-I keep a (sick-bay) right in...
foul pox was my first guess given the initial patches in throat and the few small black spots on hers and the other hens combs and they have had a warmed hen house so frost bite is un-likely
tonight she received her third dose of IM penicillin- she also received a 3 day Penicillin tx 2 wks ago. I also have IM Tylan- any thoughts on whether i should try that ?

i am certain she isn't laying and none of the other hens have given soft eggs however i occasionally am getting small bumps on eggs but not often. I assume it is just a normal deviation since they are far and few in-between.
i will certainly look further into the Mycoplasma however she does not have any swelling in the eyes or head and only a clear thicker saliva when attempting to eat. I did notice this evening when giving her crop feed however that her tongue appears quit thick to the point of looking a bit...
