My Ancona duckling was not acting right. Would sit down every few steps.
I got Vitamin B 12 and put in their water last night. It really perked the duckling and it's mates. I feed Purina duck feed. I thought it was complete in nourishments.
I agree they are courteous. My chicks will be 3 months old this week... what are left after the fox raid. But by no means are they standard in size. They sell 5,000,000 a years so they are strictly commercial birds but I am guessing they will lay very well.

Not all die, mine didn’t. They have to come of age and lay for there to be more hatched. Cornish have been around a long time. Broiler crosses have made their way into many back yard flocks.
