Help Picking Rabbit Breed for Indoor Pet & Possibly 4H Project

hi! I know that title is long but it pretty much sums it up. I want to get my family an indoor bunny as a pet. I hope to litter box train it so it can be free to roam the house. I have a few breeders I’m talking to with a variety of breeds. I tend to want the adorable small fizzy breeds like...

Barred Rock Chick has Raised Spot on Head

I don’t think so before we put the medicine on it. Before we put medicine on it, it had feathers on it but it was raised. It’s not bleeding and doesn’t look very irritated.

    When to integrate.(long post)

I read where sometimes the small birds seem less of a threat so integrating earlier can be better idea... just something I read. I have 3 different sets of chickens right now of varying ages and sizes. I tried combining 6 week old bantam chicks with 10 week old standard chicks and they started...

    No More Guessing for Me!

I love my sweet trio I bought from Atwood’s that I have no idea what breed they are, and I ended up with TWO roosters. BUT I just bought some Blue Lace Red Wynadottes! I can’t wait to see how they turn out. I got two 10 week old black (1 rooster and 1 hen), and 4 chicks (1 hopefully a splash!)
