One of my Chickens has a hard crop, wheras the others have soft squishy ones. They don't have any grass in their run but sometimes eat hay, corn, mealworms and pellets. Whats Wrong??

I don't think that it's right to be feeding baby mice to your chickens. For ethical reasons I don't think that you should do it. Feed them soya beans, alot cheaper and just as much protein.
