What breed are these ducks please? (UK)

I bought the eggs on eBay they were listed as Aylesbury. However apart from their light bills (in real life the bills are lighter than in the photo) they don’t have the weight or look of the Aylesbury. I have since been told they are commercial by someone and not Aylesbury. But upon looking...

Is this a Cuckoo Maran cockerel & are they both the same breed? Thank you.

Thank you to everyone for your help. It appears they're different breeds. I think I'll be looking for either a matching hen or rooster for either of them. Happy new year to you all xx

Bob the cockerel has a base colour exactly like that. But the girl is more of a yellow.

Is this a Cuckoo Maran cockerel & are they both the same breed? Thank you.

Hi everyone. It's really hard to get photos of their legs. But, Bob our cockerel has white legs with a hint of hot pink. And the girl actually has a yellow tinge. So I think she is a plymouth and he is a maran.

Is this a Cuckoo Maran cockerel & are they both the same breed? Thank you.

I've been told they're plymouth rock and I've also been told they're cuckoo maran. The cockerel has almost a golden splash on his back (a nicotine like colour) . I'm pretty sure he's LF but hasn't been fed properly and so hasn't grown on to full size. Any help would be appreciated as we'd like...

My large Fowl eggs are quite small.

Thank you for taking the time to answer. I'll try weighing one! I've think it's due to the fact that light sussex eggs get bigger in their 2nd year. I talked to a neighbour yesterday who also has them too. Take care. 😊

My large Fowl eggs are quite small.

My girls are well into their laying year. Some are first time layers this year. But compared to a bantam egg I think they're fairly small. What size are your light sussex eggs. They're not utility. I'm happy with the eggs I was just wondering how big your girl's eggs are? Thank you.
