Pictures would help. Just advise and rewrite the title saying something like: WARNING GRAPHIC PICTURES or something. Also throw that Rooster In the pot. Get rid of it. Some people will say tame it and you can try but it could go after you or another hen.

Combs look red and big so I would guess soon.

Yep like @townchicks said layers combs get bright red. They’ll all be laying soon and the one that hasn’t developed the bright comb yet will soon!
