If you separate her for a week of two, the reintroduce her, she will be treated like a new member of the flock and will have to start at the bottom of the pecking order. Hopefully it will be enough to change her attitude!
Sounds like just a nasty bird. Mine get along quite well with all the other birds, and are typically a little more standoffish than the Australorps. One of my priorities is behaviour, so I just cull the ones with social issues.
