Thanks guys! I took a chance on about 10 birds at the local auction and ended up with such a diverse flock. I knew nothing about different breeds so it's been fun "discovering" their unique qualities.
So I'm curious about this rooster. He came in a crate at auction with 3 Barred Rock Roosters. He's large, same size as my Barred Rock and has a sweet temperament. His feathers are very iridescent and he has black legs.
