Here we go, RIR & Silkies

Thank you! All in all they seem to do great with each other. I have 3 orpingtons as well & I got them and the RIRs together, then about 2 weeks later the got the silkies. They were all about 2 weeks old when they were put together. They definitely have a general pecking order, and the silkies...

I definitely thought so. Sorry the pictures were out of order. It is only 2 birds, what I believe to be a cockerel and then a pullet.

Forgot to add in the pics of my reds, who are also about 3 months. Quite the size difference and appearance difference with these 2.

    Cockerel or Pullet?

Excuse me if I post incorrectly or cannot figure out how to include the picture. I am just wanting opinions on my RIRs. I have 2 that are 3.5 months old. They are the same age look very different. I would have sworn one is a cockerel until I looked at pictures of others on BYC. The other RIR is...

    (1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? Yes! I'm pretty new to chickens. I've jad my chicks since the end of March. (2) How many chickens do you have right now? I currently have 2 RIRs (gender unknown), 3 buff orpington pullets, & 3 silkies (also unknown genders), so 8 in...
