    So I hatched two chicks that are ready to go into a brooder. I have a tote that has measurements of 23.2x15.4 11in in height and he bought a heat long bulb of 250w wondering if that’s too high of wattage and if I could a normal household lightbulb of 75 watts? Or would the heating bulb be okay?

We feed them corn and layer daily. Plus we give them lots of greens and some fruit for treats? They always have plenty water...
