    HELP! Olive Eggers are dying

Okay, thank you. And the corid water mixture is the only water they're drinking, with no probiotics or anything else, just corid water.

    HELP! Olive Eggers are dying

I have been managing the food better and I'm changing the paper towel and bedding daily. I do see them peking at the poop when there is no food on the floor. Is there a way I can prevent them from peking the poop? (Aside from cleaning daily).

    HELP! Olive Eggers are dying

No, the Maran's are doing great. I did notice 1 of the marans is starting to get a little slow and constantly fluttering her chirp and her feathers are starting to look stragly just like one of the olives that wasn't doing well a couple days ago. But I don't see any loose stool or blood. And all...

    HELP! Olive Eggers are dying

So I'm having problems with keeping the house cool, I don't have AC. Today the house ( where I moved them from the inclosed porch) was 82°F and there are more warm days on the way. Should I build an outdoor brooder? Outside was 76°F, the house is well insulated and not enough air flow to keep...

    HELP! Olive Eggers are dying

I checked the labeling on the bulbs and went online to find out that they are not Teflon coated. When I enter the room I start talking as I walk up to them and then I crouch and talk and whistle. They seem to recognize me because they start to walk towards my voice and look up at me. They seem...

Thank you for your response. I'm trying to keep the warmest area at 87° any cooler and they are huddled up in the warmest spot and wouldn't leave it for most of the day, when this was going on moved the food and water closer because I was concerned they weren't eating or drinking. Once I bumped...

There are 2 spots of poop that have a little red in it, the paper towel was in there for almost 2 days. They go back and forth from cool area to warm area and rest inbetween both temperature's and will...

    HELP! Olive Eggers are dying

I face the lamp towards the corner to create a shadow in the opposite corner so it stays warm on one side and cool on the other, the temperature is monitored in both areas. How much are you warming? Should I consider cooler temperature's? Do they need more cool off area than warm area?
