    Yes they can be sweet. I just would never have a RIR roo. Once they decide to get you, they never stop. We went thru having bats, shovels, rakes at every tree in our yard. It got impossible to go out. I am glad he is good to you, somebodies got to love em'. lol

    Thank you Louisiana! I have 2 Black Orpingtons, 1 Splash Orpington (creamish white w/black tips). The light one has almost no comb. Maybe I just have to wait longer to tell. :-/

    Hello, soooo, is it the tail feathers you go by? Just that? My 3 are Orpingtons, feathers in back are fluffy and not sprouting upward. One of them has tailfeathers that kinda go up, not like other 2. Mine are 4mos also. Thank you!
