    Comparing the 2 ingredient labels, they are very much the same. except for the Layena having manganese, Vitamin A, D3,& E, as well as microorganisms. Is that difference worth considering for the slight price difference ?

    Yep, you are right, we stopped washing it, and after talking to a wound specialist, we coated the wounds with "Bag Balm" to keep if from drying out & cracking. She walks around her isolation cage like all is well, but we are waiting until things heal more before getting her back to the flock.
