Yes. She took 24 days. Hatched 12 and one egg was quitter. Now they are 3 days old. The second one has started hatching as well. Two hatched already and she s also late by two days
She is sitting with dedication. The good thing about them is they won’t leave the their chicks even if they are grown. My hen didn’t abandon her first girl and she was always with her even when she was laying eggs and starting to brood. Thank you.
Yes. Pure bred. Problem is this is the first time I have had clutch of all pure bred Aseel and am not sure if they are slow to hatch. In past I had mixed eggs of different breeds.
Really ? I guess my rooster won’t be happy with chicks. This isn’t my first hatch with broody. I have had hatched with broody like dozen time but this is the first time with this Aseel breed. I am scared that of moving or turning the eggs on day 18th has done any damage.. this is why I posted...
