Hi.
Can you do an adjustment of an air vent? Or make one ?
A controlled letting in of air through a vent will bring the humidity down.
[If you open an Incubator... You will get a rush from one extreme to another !]
⚠️ Humidity How To :
Humidity is the amount of moisture held within warm air. It...

Hi.
My second Incubated viable Runner Duck Egg, was very active and moving
about last night. Really moving about, and their bill was definitely visable on candling. I needed to add water to my Janoel 12, as humidity starts to decline after 2 days.

⚠️ Tip(s)
I Would put the youngest ducklings in the Dog Crate, with their Mother. And ensure you wrap some sort of fine mesh, or netting around it, so...
Need to sex Ducklings... ???? :hmm
It depends on their age and breed.
⚠️ TIP(s)
This works for my Runner Ducks... But applies to most ducklings.(*)

New to duckling 'patients,' a case of if it might work, give it a go.
What applies first aid wise, and kinda, in medicine, transfers to one species to another.

Re your current situation...
I have just Incubated my first Duck Eggs, and found that, after hatching :
Ducklings need warmth, more so than what a heat lamp or brooder can give.
Especially when you have a little one, or one that is not as strong. So apart from just putting them...

And, on Lockdown, place those eggs on their sides without that 45 degree support.* And maintain the set temperature and humidity: 45% for incubation, and 60% for Lockdown.
Humidity is by surface volume, not depth of water ! Wide and very shallow, better than small and deep !!!
Use dampened...
