Well I changed my mind after doin some more digging. I ordered a couple things and I’m hoping this will be enough for the winter. The vent from Lowe’s only lets you order 24 and let’s be honest I don’t need that many. I’m hoping these will work for the winter.

Most people are advising against heat...I am ordering the vents from Lowe’s I posted earlier and am hoping those will help. I plan to cut the metal to fit those vents and then put the hardware cloth over it on the inside of the shed. The last thing I need is my flock getting wiped out

There isn’t any heat running in my coop. Just trying to get some ideas on how to ventilate it better since Metal is so thin and hard to work with. I have seen people get the heated perches but I’m not going to do that either. I just want to prevent them from getting frostbite and/or sick.

That’s the same reason we have it in there. It was breaking 92-100 degrees up until about a week ago. I leave it on during the day with the doors wide open to try and circulate all the air. I will keep in mind he’s from Texas and look at his thread.
