Are there any cuts/lacerations on top or bottom of foot? what about swelling? To give aspirin I would use a half dose, crush it and dissolve it in water. Then feed with a dropper. I'd keep her isolated (be careful she doesn't get too hot if using a lamp- I prefer heat pads) and let her rest.
