    He is 2 years old now. Also he was attacked by a fox about 4 months ago and has been healing from that. He has some permanent scars on his comb from teeth marks.

    I have a long horn who has a HUGE comb. The tips of his comb are turning black. There has not been any cold nights yet so it's not frostbite. I've heard of people having to trim the comb of the rooster's comb. What's going on and what is trimming a comb process?????
