Yes they're tinted yellow. I do think that she's dehydrated and also hungry. She's currently sat eating a bowl of porridge and very much enjoying it. Think I might need to invest in a coop to separate her from the rest of the flock.

I'm lucky that we don't have any restrictions, lot's of people have allotments with chickens on. The only rule is that we can't have anymore than 6 chickens. Sorry to hear that you had so many silly rules imposed on you!
