This is my trusted rooster guy, not some wacko stranger. He says these roosters are existing together in the same pen, so we gonna try it out. I have never had good luck with 2 roos in a pen.

I have my flock down to 20ish…?🤔 All of them are from this year’s hatches. Mr Floppy the RIR rooster has 9 pullets. At least 6 of them are laying. My flock of Eggers (or mutts) are led by a predominantly white no name rooster with green tail feathers. None of my egger pullets are laying yet...
Yesterday in the heat of the day it was 42F. I went to put my entrance reducers on and there were a few bees hanging out. Zero aggression. I’m watching them as to not squish as I install the reducers and to my surprise one came zooming in to the hive on my right. It was 42 degrees and a honeybee...
So, I’m watching an episode of Homestead Rescue with the Raneys from Alaska. They’re in Colorado on a Bison Ranch. The garden area had a beehive in it. No one ever acknowledged that it even existed. What’s that all about? They don’t like bees?
