I got a random phone call this afternoon from my very good bee friend. “I’m going to the bee yard, wanna ride?” Of course, I said yes. I’m now the proud owner of a very heavy swarm trap. He doesn’t know how long they have been in there. Probably gonna be some cutting involved. Who cares? More bees!

If you suspect robbing, the entrance should be small so that colony can defend the hive easier. I wish I could say yes or no but still very much the novice.
