Hatched 3 eggs for first time

Had a broody hen and she hatched this sweet girl ( I think it’s a girl). We named her snow White. Cross between a Silkie and buff Orpington. She is about 11 weeks old. The darker Grey I’m pretty sure is a boy and he is a cross between a Silkie and black australorp. And then we have a light grey...

Not sure on what she is

Do they have similar feathers as my little one? Hard to tell with them so far away.

Not sure on what she is

She was a surprise chick and the only one I don’t know of breed. Pinkish legs and white/cream underbelly. I know there are few chickens that have the chipmunk look. Any guesses?

    Silkie Babies

Okay, thank you. I just wasn’t sure if her stance right now would give any hints of whether she was a male or female.

    Silkie Babies

Hello So I recently purchased two Silkie babies. I know they are hard to sex until older, but my one stands up right more. I read that it usually means male. Is it still too early to tell? They are only a week old come Saturday. They are very active and chatty though, more than my past chicks...

    Help!

Thank you for your reply, unfortunately I had a fox get into my coop (after I opened the doors to let them out) and he got all my little chicks. My big ladies were safe and were already out of coop for the morning but the babies usually would stay in for a little longer and the fox knew that.

    Personality of these three breeds.

Anyone who has owned any of these breeds listed, how is their personality? I know each chicken is different but I was just wondering overall. 1. Blue/Black/Splash Orphington 2. Cream Legbar 3. Olive Egger Also, how did everyone introduce chickens to their OG (original) flock?

    Help!

I posted yesterday about my mama hen picking on just 1 of her 4 baby chicks. They are about 4.5 weeks old. I was told she already weaned that one early for some reason. The other 3 can still stick with her with no problem. When this one baby comes near the other babies or her she really attacks...

I think she is a silver laced Wyandotte

    Rooster or Hen

Almost 5 weeks old. I believe a SLW.

    Hello from Michigan

Yes he is. He doesn’t bother them at all just watches them run around.

    Roo?

The place I ordered the chicks from won’t even look at the photo or reimburse/credit my account for me until he/she is at least 10-20 weeks old. They said it’s too early to tell. I’m not a professional but I thought it was a roo when I seen it.

    Roo?

Darn it. I was hoping it was not. At what age should I be looking to rehome it? They are only 2 weeks old right now and staying under a hen that was broody.

    SLW Sexing

Did she end up being a female? I have a 2 week old that I’m worried is a male.

    Roo?

If she is a he, I cannot keep unfortunately because I have two small children and my chickens free range and I heard roosters can be pretty mean. So I’m hoping I can rehome.
