I found these dollies at Northern Tool. I liked these because I can use them on my other coops versus having fixed wheels on each of them.
Now I need to trap or put panels on the sides and come up with nesting boxes and perches. I might need to box them in so they can stay warm in the winter...
I am sorry to say that her leg only got worse. The more we tried the more it looked like she was hurting. I think we caught it too late and she was growing too fast to stretch the tendon back to place.
Hi everyone, glad to see alot of Virginians here. I am in Fluvanna county and I have Jersey giants and austrolp. We just got 6 ducklings also, not sure what breeds yet.
So today we took Howard (our duck with a slipped Tendon) to the vet. He said that with proper therapy and stretching the Tendon 4 to 5 times a day for 4 minutes or so and 2 swimming sessions for 5 minutes or so. He could have a chance to correct the Tendon. The Tendon is springing out of place...
So we tried to put the Tendon back but no luck. We decided to try and straighten the leg out for a while and massage and stretch the leg out regularly. Has anyone else been successful with this? What do we do if this doesn't work?
