I started giving mine some crumbled up dried mealworms at 2,5/3 weeks too (afraid the whole critter would get stuck in their throats 🙈).
Oh, and don't worry if they don't immediatly like a fruit or veggie, just offer it again another day. (cucumber was ignored the first time, now it's one of...
Not an expert, but my (as far as I am) educated guess would be that 5 & 7 are roo, and doubts about no. 4. But that's just on the development speed of the feathers.
So wait a bit for others to reply ;)
With some temporary fix to seal the openings, the chicks had their first full day outside. Didn't deter the little ones from hopping on my lap when I sat down for pictures 😆

So, update time.
Coop has roofing, run has its hwc roofing,, grazing-planter has its cover, stepping tiles and first plants are in the run.

Leghorns are down to the 2 girls staying.

The hwc is on the sides (except the doors, those aren't made yet), and almost all the edges covered with wood to avoid hwc sticking out or gaps in the seams. most walls of the coop are up, again except...

So your littl one is eating ok
Happy you see what I mean too @Doc7 , both the smaller ones are like that, that more upright posture, higher wearing tail, sleeker... hard to catch on camera right, let alone all four together in their main postures for comparison.
last one, also of #4 (most unsure about, also the only one going in defencive charge towards a sudden dove-flyby)
Btw, in no way ment to dismiss any of your judgements, just want to be absolutely sure before selecting and naming, would be sad for son if eventually one of the staying chicks...
I have, after advice from here, introduced my (now) 6week (leghorn) and 2,5 week (serama & cemani) olds last monday for the first time.
They were in seperate cages with sound&sight, and I 'just' let them out together for playtime with some snacks. The first two days the older ones had a few...
They are exchequer, the black 'blanket' is their babyblankie ☺
So the obvious difference in appearance & posture can be dismissed?
Some, bit older, pics that show this difference better
Smaller ones' posture/shape;
(#4)
Bigger posture;
(#1)
Ah, there's already a topic on this. I was just trying to look up why my AC looks so ragged 🤔
Did find some AC-page on facebook that claimed that when they look like that, they're more pure or somthing, dunno how much truth is in that yet, but dropping that notion here nonetheless.
Here's my...
