Hemp/Marijuana needs to be removed off that list...it's not at all poisonous to chickens and growers will use chickens to trim back male plants or take out a male plant if hemp wasn't desired.
I found this on Amazon - Does it matter all these extras are in it?

Yes only 1 out of my whole flock. The other 2 should be right behind her but I'm very surprised she already started laying...I had them written down towards the end of august for that...
My Rosie just started laying this week. I have 3 of my chickens that are of age for finisher food but my other 3 are under 18 weeks so I can't feed them it. I put oyster shells in there for them to eat when they want...but every egg has been super soft and deflated. I can't separate them for...
Hello guys! I actually found where someone else asked about this with their chickens...my Blanche is bright eyed, eating, not lethargic at all...but the past few days she looks drunk walking. Her legs are fine...I am guessing it's a vitamin deficiency? I read where someone said to use infant...
My chicken is showing slight symptoms where she is a bit wobbly when getting up like is described here - is it bad to just dose the whole flock's water w/ meds?
Great suggestion...I burn A LOT in my firepit each week so I certainly have enough. I got one of those disposable hanging traps someone else suggested so with cleaning, ash, lemon balm, and using that - hopefully it'll get better. I also got the girls a fan for their coop...figured keep them...

I am having a huge problem with flies and I keep my coop very clean. I read a woman post about using lemon balm in hers and it helps. I'm going to try that...I dont want to start using DE.
Hello! I am a first time chicken owner and need your expertise! :) I originally got my first 4 babies from TSC and as my luck would have it...my favorite girl was really a boy, so I had to re-home him. The lady I gave him to raises chickens and gave me 3 babies in exchange. I got them on May...
Ok I'll switch their water out tonight when I get home. When it comes to adding Apple Cider Vinegar to their water - is this something you would do often?
Hey! My girl Blanche has what I call soupy poops. Dark brown..MAYBE reddish..but not so much. It was very watery but I got them on Corrid and it seems to be improving. I was giving them watermelon slices every day last week - then read that melon's can cause chickens to get diarrhea. I...
