True, they're not pets but livestock for us. To each their own.
Rooster is processed and flock seems fine. Dogs were happy with their dinner.

- yes they've always lived together, about a year old. The rooster is a Columbian Rock. The hens are a mix of Columbians and Plymouth Rocks.
