Hen is sitting on five eggs. All five are covered in her poop we still have about a week to go before day 21. Should I leave them be or try cleaning them off?

Thanks in advance for any help! Our hen is laying on 7 eggs. Two she began laying on, on July 5th. They other 5 were placed under her on July 14th. I’ve never candled, and should have by now I know. I don’t see any signs of hatching. Is it too late to candle the first two? Will my hen continue...
