    Poult losing face feathers

    My 3 week old turkey poult is missing feathers on one side of the face. Feathers feel dry and hard. None of the other poults look like this. Any ideas? There was some pecking and bullying going on but have since moved to a bigger brooder. Otherwise healthy drinking eating pooping.
