This is really great, I loved seeing this all over the internet when we were researching to build our first coop. My head was nearly exploding trying to figure out how to build cube shaped things that would meet our chicken's needs, so we were not this ambitious. But I LOVE this!

Harbor Freight has really cheap tarps, we added grommets to one to make it the right size to hang in the roof of our run. One thing is, if you're in a place that gets really warm in the summer, maybe go with the silver tarp. We bought a green camo tarp because it was small and it got really hot...
