I wish you would listen to me and understand how hard this has been on me tat without warning you the one person I truly trusted left me. But even after you dumped me you held me near yet no matter how hard I tried I couldn't stop you from drifting away. The thing is I know you are struggling...

So i have a 9 month old ameraucana pullet her name is honey. I only have six hens, four of which are one year olds three lay brown one lays blue, then we have the two new pullets one is already laying brown eggs. Anyways it is pretty easy to figure out who is laying at the time yet i have yet...
my oldest hens are 1 and a half so yeah
I know this is for chickens but I figured i would mention the other birds as they are older than the chickens

uh yeah I already have a drake who free ranges with the chickens so that already a risk thing is the hens have ways to get up out of the way and can be pretty bossy even with their rooster
the other thing is I was about to leave the barn but i forgot something so i went back to grab it i wouldn't have been there

so we went to the animal sale where we bought Emma and the Runner ducks. Promise I wasn't planning to buy anything I was prepared though, and well we came home with a khaki Campbell drake he apparently was rased with chickens so he doesn't know he is a duck, which is ok with me he was in a crate...
I have 4 1 year old hens that are fine with the once-a-day feeding I have never had a problem with it also if we have them on a scedual its easier to lock them up at night
they get fed once a day at night 3 cups it seems like enough for my other hens but i can start feeding them in the morning too if you think that is necessary they do free range during the day
