You are right. I kept researching and watching YouTube videos. I ended up treating her with Vitamin E and Selenium a couple times yesterday and again this morning and afternoon. It’s as if nothing ever happened! Thanks for the reply.
I've read that it can take a couple weeks to show improvement. When I treated my chick I also added the standard electrolyte, vitamin, mineral mix you can get for chicks at your feed and seed.

I am not sure. Separate her hair above her beak and look for a comb. (I usually just blow.) If you see a comb at this age chances are you have a cockerel. Does if have round, porcupine looking, feathers sticking out of the back of it's head and down it's neck?

I just picked up two one week old chicks yesterday. As we where driving home I noticed one of them moving it’s head in a seemingly unintentional, repetitive, Parkinson like, tremor. Please advise on what this maybe and how to move forward. I have a video I can email if needed.
