Hello All, just wondering whether I can get some advice/opinions. I had this little pegged as a young lady however, it is starting to mimic my pekin rooster in the adjoining yard, in terms of sounds and chest pumping. thoughts ?? Approx 5.5 months old.

The wing has been like it since day one. It has always been a little wonky and walks a little odd but it eats/drinks/ and seems happy and not in pain, so we just keep it in the quiet yard.

In that yard I have 1 rooster and 5 hens.

I hatched them from fertile eggs and was “told” they “should” be Ameraucana- not that it matters, just means I will build a special bachelor pad for them if necessary.

Thankyou. I think spellcheck took over there, glad you knew what I meant. They are 2 different ones, so you think both boys? I have another which is definitely a hen (very tiny comb and wattle so far) but these 2 are bigger than her so I wondered.

Thankyou. Their comb/wattle are all the same and they haven’t started crowing yet.i was just confused as they have longer tails than the others.

Hello All, I have some Isa x hyland chickens. Most I have been able to confirm hen or roo but these ones have me stumped. They are 16 weeks old. The first one is photos 1 and 2, and the second is 3, 4, and 5. thanks in advance

I agree. Number 1 has a much more prominent white markings compared with the other 2.
