Thanks this is my first time ever using an incubator . Last year I let my chicken hatch some duck eggs and all the years before that I had zero Drakes -

4 duck eggs in incubator now day 27.5 2 are bigger eggs (Anconas) they both have nice big air spaces and I see some external pipping has begun yay 2 are smaller and their air spaces are pretty small so I’m considering safety holes . I see they have internally pipped . Don’t want to wait too... -

Wound on neck from mating
I have one Drake with 14 girlfriends and saw this yesterday immediately put him in Drake jail before it could get worse. Sprayed her neck with veteracyn and put some antibiotic ointment.(the kind with no pain relief added.) I have chickens also but keep them separately. Did you know a Drake can... -

Drainage advice for pen
Pretty ducks! I have similar problems in certain spots of the duck yard. The fun never ends. I end up poking holes through for water to escape. Adding more gravel helps sometimes. Good luck -
