My barred rock hens were extraordinary flyers!They regularly flew over 4 and 6 foot high fencing. They also flew to the top of our 6 ft shed and from there over a 10ft high fence to the next property. All of this with the flight feathers on one wing clipped. We could not safely contain them on...
