    Today I was in my (future) garden! Planning where everything is going to go once our house is built. :) We're going to be moving onto 6 acres and I'm turning a good acre or two of that into my own garden forest!!:wee I'm so happy and excited to grow things!

    Tips for butchering/processing alone??

    You might want to check with your county's agricultural sector. I know here where I live (NC) my county offers the plucking machine, broiler (to loosen feathers before plucking), and kill cones to borrow! You just have to pick them up at the place they keep them. :)
