Hmm, this is really weird, it just went away! LOL. I went to go see if it got any worse and it's not there anymore. I will still make sure to monitor her since the colder days are coming.
Hello everyone. I was opening up my coop to get eggs when I saw her still laying. I look closely and her comb is purple on the edges. She seems fine, still laying, and is running around with the other chickens. What could've caused it and should I be worried? Thanks everyone.
He has been fine/accepted by the flock and was at the top of the pecking order. The other day, our other roo started attacking him and now he wont go near them.
Other than attacking the hens once in awhile, he is not that aggressive. The other day, our other rooster attacked him once or twice. I picked him up and tried to put them near each other but he ran away. I think he is more scared of the rooster than the other chickens.
