I have had to take both Polish back to the place we got them from as there was crowing, Spurs and a lot of boyish fighting between them.....when we released them in the pen there, they both took on the biggest boy straight away....little testosterone machines....

got 2 Maran chicks instead....fingers crossed they are girls!

I having the same question....although mine has started crowing in the morning (at 5 weeks old) and there are little spur like things appearing on the leg)....
