I’m just worried that their cold or something because when they went in, they disturbed the little hen and pecked her off the roosting bar

I mean the door leading to the run won’t really close so I leave a bit of a gap

I got them into the coop I just thought it was ok if they slept outside since some ppl said

I have 3 hens and 2 sleeping outside on the roosting bar the smaller hen in the coop with a roosting bar lower than the outside one. I’m pretty sure there’s no bugs in there because the little hen inside but big hens not? What should I do
