today i cracked open both of the eggs and none of them were fertilized one was spoiled and the other one was dry.next time i'll order eggs that are actually fertile(the store i ordered these eggs from weren't sure if they were fertile either)
i've been noticing that when i take out a button quail egg from the incubator it feels warm but when i pick up the other one it feels kind of cold i wouldn't really call it cold tho (they have been incubated for 21 days) is there a reason for this?
i"ve called the wildlife rehabilitator she said the eggs can hatch 5-7 days apart and i've seen that the one that has already hatched is being fed by its mother
