    Thank you all! I guess that is why I don get too many eggs! Thoughts I had 7 hens and 1 rooster. But now it is 5 hens to 3 roosters!

    I have a few 8 MONTH old buffs. They have been starting to look like roosters about a month ago. Today they both started crowing! Isn't this a little late for them to start being roosters? LOL.

    Thank you. This is just my first go at this. I am not even sure the eggs are fertile. Guess I will find out in a few days! I am enjoying this adventure.

    I can get the eggs checked under before he realizes what I am doing. But I am concerned how dulln comb has gotten and that I am not sure she is eating and drinking.
