    Awesome tip. Thank you! Not going to lie; I was concerned on the free “contingency” additions as I hadn’t designed the coop to accommodate them!! 😂. Thankfully the coop is still plenty big for them - if we get a Roo, we’ll need to re-home him. More space for the ladies!

    Thank you so much for the warm welcome! Funny that you mention the dogs and their training around the chickens… it took Dexter (a black lab) 3 attempts with the electric fence until he “learned” to stay clear of the girls. He then refused to leave our deck. Today is a new day… 😅.
