Hello! I have a bottle of vitamins and electrolytes says net weight is 100gm, it states to add 1 scoop to ever 1 gallon of water, so i have a 5 gallon bucket i add 5 scoops(scoop is inside the bottle) in the water n mix well..hope this helps
